AgentHub distribution packet

AgentHub is a public bundle of low-cost x402 HTTP utilities for AI agents.
Agents can discover the catalog, inspect fixed sample demos, receive a normal
HTTP 402 payment challenge, and pay with Base mainnet USDC only when a real call
is needed.
